About these terms
These terms apply when you buy any reading or product from Secrets About You, including the Destiny Alignment Plan™. By placing an order, you agree to them, so please read them before you buy.
Secrets About You is run by Victoria, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. In these terms, "I", "me" and "my" refer to Secrets About You, and "you" refers to the person placing the order.
You must be 18 or over to place an order. If you buy a reading as a gift for someone else, please make sure they're happy for you to share their details with me.
What you receive
Each product page describes exactly what's included. For the Destiny Alignment Plan™, this is:
A personalised 12-week plan, created by me from your name and date of birth
Access to your plan through a private online portal
A personalised keepsake mug featuring your personal strength numbers
30 days of personal support by email and WhatsApp, starting from the day your plan is delivered
Your details. Your reading is calculated from the name and date of birth you give me, so please check them carefully. I can't be responsible for errors caused by incorrect details. If you notice a mistake, contact me as soon as possible, ideally before I start creating your plan.
Optional questionnaire. After ordering, you can share more about yourself through an optional questionnaire. Answers received within 48 hours of your order will be taken into account. It's completely optional, and your plan will be created either way.
Lifetime access. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as Secrets About You continues to operate the portal. If I ever need to close it, I'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to keep a copy of your plan.
Support. Support is for questions about your plan and how to work with it. I aim to reply within [2] working days. Support doesn't include new readings or readings for other people.
Orders, payment and delivery
Payment. Prices are shown in [AUD] and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken in full when you order and is processed securely by third-party payment providers.
Delivery timeframes:
Personalised plan: delivered within 10 working days of your order, by email with access to your portal
Keepsake mug: shipped within 7 days of your order, with tracking sent once dispatched
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays. Shipping times after dispatch depend on the postal or courier service and are outside my control.
Shipping. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a mug is returned to me because of an incorrect address, you may need to pay for it to be sent again. [I ship within Australia / I ship worldwide; international orders may take longer and may be subject to customs fees.]
Emails. Your plan and updates are sent by email. Please check your spam folder and add my email address to your contacts. Contact me if you haven't received your plan after 10 working days.
Refunds and cancellations
Every plan and mug is created especially for you, and I begin working on your order soon after you place it. For this reason, I don't offer refunds if you change your mind once your order has been placed. [Optional alternative: You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, as long as I haven't started creating your plan.]
Your rights under Australian law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. My goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded, including the right to a remedy if something is faulty or not as described.
The nature of my readings
Numerology is a tool for reflection, self-understanding and personal growth. My readings and plans offer guidance and perspective, but they don't predict the future with certainty or guarantee any particular outcome.
My readings are not a substitute for professional advice. Please don't use them in place of medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and speak to a qualified professional about decisions in those areas. If you're going through a difficult time, please reach out to a health professional or a support service such as Lifeline (13 11 14).
You remain responsible for your own choices and actions. To the extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for decisions you make based on your reading, or for any indirect loss. Where my liability can't be excluded, it's limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount you paid.
Personal use and copyright
Your plan is created for your personal use. You're welcome to keep it, print it and share parts of it with people close to you. Please don't resell it, publish it, or share your portal login or the full plan publicly. All written content, designs and materials remain the intellectual property of Secrets About You.
Privacy
I handle your personal information as described in my Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
