I only collect what I need to create your readings, deliver your order and support you.

When you place an order:

• Your name and email address

• Your date of birth and the name you'd like used for your calculations

• Your shipping address and phone number, for orders that include a physical item such as a keepsake mug

• Order details, such as what you bought and when

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers through my checkout. I never see or store your full card details.

If you choose to complete the optional questionnaire:

• Details about your career, goals or the areas you'd like guidance on

• Anything you choose to tell me about your circumstances, including topics you'd like me to handle gently

Some of this may be sensitive, such as information about a loss, family situation or relationship. You never have to share it. If you do, you are agreeing to me using it only to personalise your plan with care.

When you contact me for support:

• Your messages by email or WhatsApp, and your phone number if you contact me on WhatsApp

When you visit my website:

• Basic technical information, such as your browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

I use your information to:

• Calculate your numbers and create your personalised readings and plan

• Deliver your plan and give you access to your private online portal

• Make and ship any physical items in your order, such as your keepsake mug

Marketing emails. I may occasionally send you emails about new readings, offers or insights. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting me. Unsubscribing won't affect emails about an order you've already placed.

I will never use your questionnaire answers for marketing, and I will never share your personal story or reading publicly without your permission.

I never sell or rent your personal information. I only share it with trusted services that help me run my business, and only what they need to do their job:

• systeme.io: my website, checkout, emails and client portal

• Payment providers [e.g. Stripe]: to process your payment securely

• Typeform: for the optional questionnaire

• WhatsApp: for support messages, if you choose to contact me there

• [Mug printing supplier name]: to print and ship your keepsake mug (they receive only your name, shipping address and mug design)

• Postal and courier services: to deliver physical items

Overseas services. Some of these services store information outside Australia, including in the European Union and the United States. I choose services with strong privacy and security practices, but by using my services you understand your information may be stored overseas.

I take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. This includes using secure, password-protected accounts and limiting access to your information to me and the services listed above.

I keep your information for as long as you have access to your readings and portal, so I can provide the lifetime access included with your order. I also keep order and payment records for as long as required by Australian tax law, usually 5 years.

You can ask me to delete your information at any time. If you do, you may lose access to your readings, and I may still need to keep some records for legal or tax reasons.

Systeme.io also adopts appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.
